Step 01

Contact Us
Tell us your document type by phone or email that you need notarized. Include the number of witnesses. We will get back to you with a price and timeframe in lightening speed.

Step 02

Schedule
Tell us what kind of appointment time and location you need to complete your General Notarization, Apostille or Legal Document.

Step 03

Deposit
Submit a $15 refundable deposit to hold your appointment. This will be returned to you in the form of credit to your finalized invoice.

Step 04

Meet & Finish
Meet at a location near you. Online services may be available also so you don't have to travel. We will check your ID and complete the notarization. Apostille will require you to submit your document.

1. General Notary

A commissioned Notary Public serving as an impartial witness during the signing of important documents. This includes: Signature Witnessing, Acknowledgements, Jurats, Oaths, Copy Certifications, and more.

2. Acknowledgment

This is when a verified signer declares to a notary or notorial officer that they have willingly signed a document.

4. POA (Power of Attorney)

Power of Attorney (POA), Advanced Healthcare Directives and other related documents: No matter your age, a valid Power of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directive is an essential part of your life documents.

5. Last Will and Testament, Trusts, and related documents

You must notarize these documents in the presence of a licensed notary public to deter fraudulence and confirm authenticity regardless of whether the documents were self-prepared or prepared by an attorney.

6. Certified Translation Services

We connect you with a certified translation service for 75 languages

7. Affidavit

A signed, written, voluntary statement of fact confirmed by oath or affirmation in the presence of a notary or notorial officer used as evidence in legal proceedings or administrative matters. It carries the same weight as oral testimony in court.

3. International Apostille

The purpose of an Apostille is to authenticate the signature and stamp of the Notary Public on a document confirming they are authorized to act as a witness to your signature or authentication of your document. Apostille does not confirm or validate the content of the document, only the integrity of the signature process for international proceedings such as:

  • 1. Working in another country
  • 2. Getting married in another country
  • 3. Adopting children from another country
  • 4. Establishing a business in another country
  • 5. Confirming the authenticity of a U.S. high school diploma

8. Oaths, Affirmations and Jurats

A jurat is the sworn affirmation of the truthfulness of the contents of a document to a notary. It’s purpose is to verify the content of the document is truthful. Typically carried out along with a verbal oath or affirmation.

9. Minor Travel Consent

A formally witnessed document authorizing a child to travel without both parents. Often required for international travel, school trips, or travel with one parent.

10. Certified Copies

This is where a Notary Public compares a photocopy or original copy to an original document, verifying it is a true, accurate, and complete reproduction. Many states require the certified copy to be issued by the public agency in possession of the original (i.e. County Recorder) and do not allow Notaries to certify public records.

Steps to Apostille a Diploma:

Obtain a Certified Copy

Request a certified copy of your diploma or transcript from your school.

Notarization (we will do this)

Have the Certified Copy notarized.

Secretary of State (we will do this)

The document must be submitted to the Secretary of State in Jefferson City with:
1. A cover letter where indicating where the document will be used.
2. A payment to the Secretary of State and a return envelope
3. The Secretary of State will verify the notary signature and affix the Apostille.
4. You may need to get a translation notarized also if the destination country requires it.

Embassy Legalization (if required) (we will do this)

Additional steps may be needed for non-Hague countries.

A valid photo ID and the document you wish to have notarized.

This amount will be credited towards my final invoice for the service you choose.

We are based out of the Metro St Louis, Missouri area (Clayton), however we are a mobile service that travels to wherever you are – home, office, hospital, cafe. See list of cities at the bottom as a boundary guide. If you are located outside of this area, contact us to confirm services.
