Step 01

Contact Us
Tell us your document type by phone or email that you need notarized. Include the number of witnesses. We will get back to you with a price and timeframe in lightening speed.

Step 02

Schedule
Tell us what kind of appointment time and location you need to complete your General Notarization, Apostille or Legal Document.

Step 03

Deposit
Submit a $15 refundable deposit to hold your appointment. This will be returned to you in the form of credit to your finalized invoice.

Step 04

Meet & Finish
Meet at a location near you. Online services may be available also so you don't have to travel. We will check your ID and complete the notarization. Apostille will require you to submit your document.

A commissioned Notary Public serving as an impartial witness during the signing of important documents. This includes: Signature Witnessing, Acknowledgements, Jurats, Oaths, Copy Certifications, and more.

2. Acknowledgment

This is when a verified signer declares to a notary or notorial officer that they have willingly signed a document.

4. POA (Power of Attorney)

Power of Attorney (POA), Advanced Healthcare Directives and other related documents: No matter your age, a valid Power of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directive is an essential part of your life documents.

5. Last Will and Testament, Trusts, and related documents

You must notarize these documents in the presence of a licensed notary public to deter fraudulence and confirm authenticity regardless of whether the documents were self-prepared or prepared by an attorney.

6. Certified Translation Services

A signed, written, voluntary statement of fact confirmed by oath or affirmation in the presence of a notary or notorial officer used as evidence in legal proceedings or administrative matters. It carries the same weight as oral testimony in court.

The purpose of an Apostille is to authenticate the signature and stamp of the Notary Public on a document confirming they are authorized to act as a witness to your signature or authentication of your document. We are based out of the Metro St Louis, Missouri area (Clayton), however we are a mobile service that travels to wherever you are – home, office, hospital, cafe. See list of cities at the bottom as a boundary guide. If you are located outside of this area, contact us to confirm services.
