This is when a verified signer declares to a notary or notorial officer that they have willingly signed a document.

Power of Attorney (POA), Advanced Healthcare Directives and other related documents: No matter your age, a valid Power of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directive is an essential part of your life documents.

5. Last Will and Testament, Trusts, and related documents

You must notarize these documents in the presence of a licensed notary public to deter fraudulence and confirm authenticity regardless of whether the documents were self-prepared or prepared by an attorney.

A signed, written, voluntary statement of fact confirmed by oath or affirmation in the presence of a notary or notorial officer used as evidence in legal proceedings or administrative matters. It carries the same weight as oral testimony in court.

The purpose of an Apostille is to authenticate the signature and stamp of the Notary Public on a document confirming they are authorized to act as a witness to your signature or authentication of your document. Apostille does not confirm or validate the content of the document, only the integrity of the signature process for international proceedings such as:

How will I know my appointment is confirmed?

You will receive a message with any follow up or questions.

A valid photo ID and the document you wish to have notarized.

This amount will be credited towards my final invoice for the service you choose.

We are based out of the Metro St Louis, Missouri area (Clayton), however we are a mobile service that travels to wherever you are – home, office, hospital, cafe. See list of cities at the bottom as a boundary guide. If you are located outside of this area, contact us to confirm services.
